Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the official website of the artist BINA (the “Site”), including our mailing list and RAGER access. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 1. About Us The Site is operated by BINA (“BINA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a business based in the United Kingdom. BINA is signed to Platoon.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 14 years old to use the Site, including signing up to our mailing list or registering for RAGER access. Some content or events may carry higher age requirements, which we check using the date of birth you provide.

3. The Mailing List By signing up, you consent to receive emails from BINA about tours, merchandise, releases, early access and other updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails, although we may still contact you about essential matters relating to your access or these Terms.

4. RAGER Access RAGER access grants entry to members-only areas of the Site, such as the Archive and the Rage Room. Access is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred or sold. Passwords and access codes provided to you must be kept confidential, and you are responsible for all activity carried out using them. We may suspend or withdraw RAGER access at any time, including where we believe these Terms have been breached. We do not guarantee that any members-only area, content or feature will always be available or remain unchanged.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its services; • share, resell, leak or publish members-only content or access credentials; • impersonate others or provide false information when signing up; • use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, abusive or fraudulent purpose; or • introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could damage the Site or other users. We may restrict or block access if these rules are broken. 6. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including music, videos, artwork, photography, text, logos and designs, is owned by BINA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or use any of it commercially without our prior written permission. You may view the Site’s content for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to its public pages.

7. Merchandise & Tickets Merchandise is sold through our Shopify store, and tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms. All purchases, including payment, delivery, returns and refunds, are governed by the terms of sale and policies of the relevant store or provider, which are shown at checkout. The contract for any purchase is between you and that store or provider. BINA is not responsible for transactions carried out on third-party platforms, including cancellations or changes to events. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Third-Party Links The Site may contain links to external websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Termination You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including RAGER access, if you breach these Terms or where we need to do so for legal, security or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should continue to apply, such as those on intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the Site with its “last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

13. Contact If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us through the social channels linked in the Site footer.
